Back to Butchery! - March and April 2010

UKSF and CUESA offered a three part series in March, starting with Part I: Chicken. Parts II and III built on skills learned in earlier classes, with students de-boning a leg of lamb, and breaking down a goat. David Budworth, aka Dave the Butcher, is one of UKSF's favorite instructors of all time -- and (clearly) our favorite butcher.  Check out photos from this year's class, below!
