Bread Baking - September 17, 2009

Cheryl Burr of Pinkie's Bakery led an amazing masterpiece of a class last month, introducing our lucky participants to each stage of bread making, from mixing to kneading to shaping and baking! The class made two loaves of 
pain au levain (French for sourdough), a bread made using a sourdough starter and a mix of flours.  






Cheryl prepares the class to bake their loaves, below.
