Dave Budworth, a.k.a. "Dave the Butcher," entertained, instructed, and awed participants at Urban Kitchen SF's sold out butchery workshop on August 25th. The class watched as Dave broke down a goat into "manageable" portions before putting their own butchery skills to work.
