Last class of the year! Pasta & Pesto - November 12, 2009

We went out with a bang, if we do say so ourselves... The November 12th class was really two classes in one: participants took turns making cilantro and pistachio pestos at one station with Certified Natural Chef Joshua Clever, while a second station offered up the secrets of shaping perfectly plump pumpkin and potato gnocchi, courtesy of Chef John Tormey.

...and were amazed to see (admittedly) sketchy lumps of dough miraculously transformed into gnocchi!
