Make Your Own Burrata with The Milk Maid

UKSF's first class of 2012 was part 1 of a 3-part series with The Milk Maid, Louella Hill. Fresh from traveling the country to share her expertise with fellow cheese enthusiasts, The Milkmaid is now partnering with UKSF for our 3-Part Cheese Series. First up: she taught us the secrets of making everyone's favorite cousin to mozzarella - burrata. Yes, that's right, the cheese that literally oozes cream. Participants pulled their own fresh mozzarella and filled it with a variety of creamy fillings. They took home kits full of curd and cream to make burrata at home!
