Making Tofu with Hodo Soy Beanery - September 16, 2010

Urban Kitchen SF's first "field trip" outside San Francisco was a huge hit!  Tofu Master and Founder of Hodo Soy Beanery, Minh Tsai, along with his skilled staff Dean and Rachel, taught participants how to make amazingly delicious tofu at home.

The class included a tour of the Hodo production facility as well as tastings of Hodo's freshly prepared 5-spice tofu and yuba noodles, among other dishes.  Participants took home their tofu and tofu-making kits which included all the necessary ingredients to make their own tofu at home.
