Sausage-Making with Dave the Butcher - August 19, 2010

Something about sausage brings out the most interesting crowds... Sure enough, UKSF's first-ever sausage-making class was a big hit.  Participants made sausage by hand, without any special equipment or machinery.  Dave the Butcher, UKSF's favorite man o'meat, taught the class how to make two types of sausage, pork, and lamb, using caul fat. Everyone sampled the fruits of their labor and took sausages and caul fat home.
